Operation of the telescopic rod on the mobile lighting vehicle
There will be a telescopic pole on the mobile lighting vehicle. This telescopic pole is used for folding operation, the height and direction of the lamp, etc. How do you operate the general telescopic pole? Here are the three steps we summarized.
The first step: the inspection work of raising the telescopic pole
Adjust the illumination angle of the lamp head according to the lighting requirements; all four lamp heads can be adjusted in the horizontal 360°; up and down 180°.
Remove the fixing pin at the front of the car body.
Check that there are no obstacles within 13 meters of the top of the lighthouse.
Check the integrity of the wire rope; check that all fixing pins and bolts are securely locked.
The second step, erect the telescopic rod
Open the operation panel of the carriage, and turn the switch on the operation control panel to the upright/reverse position.
Press the red jog switch, the lifting rod will be moved up; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start to move continuously, and the lifting rod will stand up continuously.
When the lifting rod is completely upright, press the red button again to turn off the motor; then insert the fixing pin at the front of the carriage into the lifting rod to fix it.
The third step, raise the telescopic rod
Turn the transfer switch on the operation control panel to the "lift" position.
Press the red jog switch, the lifting rod is raised in jog; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod starts to move continuously, and the lifting rod continuously rises.
Determine the lifting height of the telescopic rod according to the lighting needs, press the red button again to turn off the motor; the lifting rod stops raising; the maximum lifting height of the lifting rod is 10 meters.
After the lifting rod is in place, turn the changeover switch on the operation panel to the middle position to prevent misoperation.
