Precautions for the use of trailer-mounted lighting towers

1. Adjust the level of the trailer-mounted light tower

Adjust the height of the three supporting feet to make the water level drop to the middle position.

2. Fill the generator set with fuel and oil

Add fuel and oil according to the instructions of the generator set.

3. Start the generator set

Start the generator set according to the generator set instructions. After the generator set is started, the two side doors of the body must be opened to promote air convection.

4. Telescopic rod lift inspection work

Adjust the lighting angle of the lamp head according to the lighting requirements; four lamp heads are tilted 360° horizontally. The lighting angle can be adjusted up and down 180°. Remove the fixing pin at the front of the body. Check whether there are no obstacles within 13 meters of the top of the trailer-mounted light tower. Check the integrity of the wire rope; check that all fixing pins and bolts are securely locked.

5. Erect the telescopic pole

On the operation panel of the carriage, turn the switch on the operation control panel to the vertical/reverse position. Press the red slow switch, the lifting rod will move upward; when the interval is 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start to move continuously, and the lifting rod will stand continuously.

When the boom is fully erected, press the red button again to turn off the motor; then insert the fixing pin on the front of the carriage into the lifting rod to fix it.

6. Raise the telescopic rod

Turn the transfer switch on the operation control panel to the "lift" position. Press the red slow switch, the lifting rod will rise at a slow speed; when the interval is 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start to move continuously, and the lifting rod will continue to rise. Determine the lifting height of the telescopic rod according to the lighting needs, press the red button again to turn off the motor; the lifting rod stops rising; the lifting height of the lifting rod is 10 meters. After the boom is in place, turn the switch on the operation panel to the middle position to prevent misoperation.

7. Turn on the lights and light them up

Trigger the four light switches on the control panel to turn on the bulb to light up; the bulb startup time is about 10 minutes; the bulb is fully activated after 10 minutes. Any group of lights can be turned on or off as needed. When turning off the lamp and restarting it, wait for about 20 minutes and wait for the lamp to cool down before starting again. There is a panel lighting switch on the top of the control panel. After pressing the switch, the lighting starts, which is convenient for night personnel to operate.
