1. Adjust the level to adjust the height of the three support feet so that the level drops to the middle position.
2. Fill the generator set with fuel and oil to fill the fuel and oil according to the requirements of the generator set.
3. Start the generator set and start the generator set according to the generator set instructions. After the generator set is started, the two side doors of the car body must be opened to facilitate air convection.
4. The inspection work of raising the telescopic rod adjusts the illumination angle of the lamp head according to the lighting requirements; the four lamp heads can adjust the illumination angle in the horizontal 360° range; Remove the fixing pin on the front of the car body. Check that there are no obstacles within 13 meters of the top of the lighthouse. Check the integrity of the wire rope; check all the fixing pins and bolts for safety lock.
5. Set up the telescopic rod to open the operation panel of the car, and turn the switch on the operation control panel to the up/down position. Press the red jog switch, the lifting rod will be erected; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod will start to move and the lifting rod will stand up continuously. When the lifting rod is fully upright, press the red button again to turn off the motor; then insert the fixing pin on the front of the car into the lifting rod and fix it.
6. Raise the telescopic rod and turn the transfer switch on the operation control panel to the “lift” position. Pressing the red jog switch, the lifting rod is jogged up; when pressed for 3 seconds, the lifting rod starts to move and the lifting rod is continuously raised. According to the lighting needs to determine the lifting height of the telescopic rod, press the red button again to turn off the motor; the lifting rod stops rising; the lifting rod is raised to a height of 10 meters. After the lifting rod is raised into position, turn the transfer switch on the operation panel to the middle position to prevent misoperation.
7. Turn on the luminaire and illuminate the four lighting switches on the control panel to ignite the luminaire for illumination; the lamp start-up time is about 10 minutes; after 10 minutes, the lamp is fully activated to illuminate or turn off any set of luminaires as needed.
