(Current wire) The lowest distance to the ground = the lowest arc-to-ground distance of the lowest wire + the height of the wire hanging point of this layer-the height of the lowest wire
The average height of the wire to the ground = the minimum distance to the ground + 1/3 (the height of the uppermost wire hanging point-the minimum distance to the ground)
The average height of the ground line = the minimum distance to the ground + 2/3 (the height of the top ground line hanging point-the minimum distance to the ground)
