How to use mobile lighting lighthouse
1.Install U-bracket
Open the side door of the car body and remove the hex socket screws at the rear mounting position of the car body.
The U-shaped bracket is erected at the installation position at the rear of the car body, and the positioning pin of the U-shaped bracket is located on the left side.
Fix the U-shaped bracket to the rear of the car body with the hexagonal screws.
2.Install the towbar
Use the support to lift the front of the car body, and then open the side door of the car body.
Use a wrench to remove the bolt that fixes the L-shaped bracket inside the vehicle body, and then pull out the L-shaped bracket.
Insert the tow bar into the car body and fix it inside the car body with bolts, then lower the front support feet, adjust the support feet to a suitable height, and then insert the fixing pins.
Take out the chain inside the carriage and hang it on the iron rings at both ends of the bottom of the carriage, then use the chain to hook the hook of the tow bar; finally remove the support.
3.Support feet after installation
Unplug the pins that fix the rear support feet on both sides of the rear of the carriage, pull out the support feet to a suitable position, and then insert the fixing pins.
The height of the support foot is adjusted by shaking the rocker, so that the wheel is off the ground, and the weight of the vehicle body falls on the support foot.
4.Install the lighthouse lifting rod
Lift the lighthouse lifting rod to the top of the car body and place it in the U-shaped bracket to ensure that the latch in the U-shaped bracket is inserted into the positioning hole on the lifting rod.
Introduce the six-core and four-core cables on the lifting rod into the car body through the large and small Glan connectors on the car body, and connect the cable wires according to the illustration. Pay attention to the one-to-one correspondence between the cable wires. Fill the packing and tighten the Gülen joint to ensure the sealing effect.
When installing two cables, pay attention to leave a 15-20CM margin on the outside of the car body to avoid stress on the cables when the lifting rod is raised and lowered.
